THE CINNAMON
BENEFITS OF CINNAMON. (BETTER WITH HEALTH)
Of Asian origin (from Sri Lanka), it is also cultivated in other hot and humid countries such as India, Brazil, China, Madagascar or the Seychelles Islands.
Cinnamon as we know it comes from the bark of the tree and is extracted after peeling and rubbing the branches. The rinds are then rolled up and left to dry. With a great contribution of minerals, vitamins B and C, cinnamon has multiple properties:

° Allows the elimination of bile salts that make the colon sick.
° Cinnamon opens the appetite and decreases acidity.
2. Balance glucose. People with type 2 diabetes find a great ally in cinnamon. Its main compounds stimulate insulin receptors and inhibit the enzyme that inactivates them.
3. Reduces respiratory problems. When we have a cold or the flu, we can consume infusions that comfort us and, at the same time, increase our defenses.
4. Allows you to lose weight.

6. Cinnamon not only improves the mind, but also the skin and organs. Consuming half a teaspoon of cinnamon a day (in teas, for example) protects cells and reduces the signs of aging due to its natural antioxidant properties. They also protect the skin from external agents, such as pollution or UV rays.
7. Relax the muscles. Cinnamon is anti-inflammatory and that is why it is widely used in decontracting massages. This distinctively scented spice works to soothe tired, sore muscles.
